About En Masse
En Masse is the South’s leading professional choir, successfully running for over 25 years in both Southampton and Salisbury, Hampshire. We offer weekly rehearsals, performances with exceptional musicians and live performing opportunities in many prestigious venues across the UK.
En Masse is owned and run by vocal coach and musician Kara Craddock for the last 10 years. Kara has provided an accessible and glamorous approach to contemporary community singing, which continues to grow year after year. She mediates with the “En Masse band” and composes original vocal arrangements, along with complex choreography, to create memorable and outstanding collaborative performances time and time again.
En Masse offers a no-audition and no-requirement-to-read-music choir experience and invites anyone with any level of musical experience to join. En Masse attracts everyone who loves to sing pop and contemporary songs! We perform a range of different songs from Ariana Grande & Earth Wind and Fire to Adele & Michael Jackson. We also welcome any and all song suggestions. We love a challenge!
We have an opportunity for members to audition for lead vocals in the songs we are performing. New members may decide to wait until they are confident enough to perform these parts, whilst others may throw themselves into the En Masse Audition Experience. It is completely up to you. There is no pressure or judgement here at En Masse!

Meet The Team
Kara Craddock - Owner/Coach
Kara always showed a passion for music from a very young age and so it came as no surprise that at the age of eleven, after being introduced to the E Minor Pop Academy by her singing teacher, that she jumped at the chance to become a member. Over the years, through the attentive coaching of the academy staff, it was here that Kara saw her vocal techniques be nurtured and her understanding and confidence taken to a far more advanced level.
After leaving school Kara went on to study musical theatre where she passed her course with distinctions across the board, securing her a place at the world famous Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM). It was here that Kara began her journey to become a vocal coach, graduating with a BMus(Hons) degree in Professional Music Performance and later completed her training in becoming a qualified Vocal Coach through the BAST certified training course.
It is without out a doubt, the above experience, that led to Kara becoming the driving force behind the En Masse Pop Rock Choir when she took over in June 2015 and that has seen the choir go from strength to strength, continuing to wow packed out audiences with the astounding Harmonies and Choreography.
Jenaya Wilson - Coach
Jenaya has been a long standing member of En Masse who has always had a passion for music.
What Jenaya loves about coaching en masse is seeing a room full of people from all different backgrounds come together to make music. It's not just about hitting the right notes; it's about building connections, finding common ground, and lifting each other up through the power of song.
Her love for singing isn't confined to choir performances, it's amplified when she is fronting her own live band. There's a special kind of magic that happens when being on stage, surrounded by fellow musicians and an audience.
The journey as a singer and coach is more than just a job it's a love affair with music, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
